Do your kids love to play on crazy mini golf courses? Well whether they do or not the whole family is going to have a blast on these fun inflatable golf courses.

child playing mini golf

Golf can be a lot of fun and every child loves to visit the crazy golf course and hit the golf ball against the fun shaped walls bouncing in all directions around crocodiles, windmills and many crazy objects between you and the hole.

You don’t need to visit the local fairground anymore now it’s possible to buy your own inflatable mini golf course for your home or backyard.

What makes an inflatable golf course a good choice for the whole family.

The combination of good coordination skills, luck and experience make this a great choice for everyone in the family. Kids don’t have to be good at sports to hit the ball in the right direction and with a bit of luck make it up the hills and past the obstacles. Dad might have been playing golf for years but there is always a good chance on any hole that your youngest child will find the hole first and win and if they don’t the whole family will be laughing and talking about the funny bounces and that last second block by a spinning windmill for days to come.

Inflating these golf courses is easy and they offer enough variety of obstacles and colourful designs to entertain children for many hours. When you’ve finished having fun or holding that extra special birthday party, you can pack the golf course away into a small cupboard and quickly inflate it again next time the weather is good and the children are begging you to let them play inflatable mini golf.

Currently there aren’t a lot of options available to buy but we will be adding to this list if more designs are produced.

BANZAI Inflatable Mini Golf Adventure Park review

Banzai have created a fun, colourful big 5 hole inflatable golf course for your garden. Each of the 5 holes has a realistic looking flag sticking up with the hole number on top which is a really nice touch.

Start off on the first hole by placing the ball on the white sticky area and hitting it over a big hill. With some luck you’ll clear the fairway area and reach the green somewhere close to the hole. If you are a little too adventurous you will quickly learn that too much power will see the golf ball fly off the course only for you to have to start again.

The second hole starts with a big uphill ramp leading to a 180 degree turn back down a hill past 4 obstacles and towards the hole which is hidden around a corner. If you hit the wrong place at the top of the hill the ball will roll back down to the start so this can bring with it lots of laughs.

On the third hole is a classic crazy golf feature, the windmill pass. A rotating inflatable windmill on the top of a mini hill is spinning around trying to block your ball from passing through the small hole underneath. Timing is important but there is a lot of luck involved too but once you make it through the tunnel the last inflatable section and hole is waiting for you.

The fourth hole is straightforward but has a nice feature which is an alligator and narrow tunnel. Navigate the golf ball through this inflatable tunnel in a straight line and a hole in one is possible. After this little hole the final hole is a switchback section where you need to bounce the ball left then right to avoid the objects blocking the way.

The 2 golf clubs are quite big for smaller children and are made of PE resin which means they are solid and sturdy enough for putting with, without being as hard and dangerous as a real golf club can be for children. We like the colourful balls and golf clubs which match nicely with the variety of different colours that make up the inflatable course

Inflation with the included blower is fast because the course is much thinner than a thick inflated obstacle course which has a much larger surface area and thickness. Overall Banzai have produced a really fun inflatable mini golf adventure park that has an interesting variety of holes and an exciting and colourful design.

This option from MeiGuiSha isn’t a full inflatable mini golf course but it is an inflatable floating golf toy that has golf holes, water features and an inflatable rim to keep the ball on board. There are two holes that can be positioned wherever you like to make it as difficult as you want and increase the level of fun.

You can use real golf clubs but make sure you use the 5 included plastic balls. What makes this game so fun is that the floating golf hole is light enough that it will slowly move around the pool and rotate into different positions so the distance and challenge is always changing so you have to adjust quickly and it feels that little bit more rewarding when you manage to get a hole in one.

Swimways offer a mini golf game that isn’t inflatable but floats on water to offer a fun golf experience for both adults and children. Place the floating green in a pool and use the lightweight balls that have Velcro straps on them so they will stick onto the green when they land. You’ll need your own golf club but the floating mat is a lot of fun for all the family, whether you are serious about golf or just want the kids to have some fun, everyone can enjoy the challenge.
